Complex faults (e.g., no power, boot loops, greyed-out Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, or random shutdowns) require testing to locate the fault. Fees and turnaround are listed below.

Diagnostic fees cover testing time and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the device is repairable, economically viable to fix, or if you choose not to proceed. Repairs are quoted separately and must be paid in advance.
