To give you an accurate quote, we need:
- Model Number: Located on the underside of the laptop (e.g., A2337, A2179).
- Lid Color: (e.g., Space Grey, Silver, Midnight, Starlight, Gold).
Windows Laptops, Chromebooks & All-in-One PCs
For all other laptop brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, etc.) and All-in-One PCs, screen compatibility depends on the specific panel fitted inside your machine.
To get started, please provide:
- Make & Exact Model: Usually found on a sticker underneath the laptop or on the base of an All-in-One PC.
- Screen Type: Does it have a touchscreen or non-touchscreen.
Need an exact panel match?
In some cases, manufacturers use multiple screen variations for the exact same model number. If we cannot guarantee a match from the model number alone, we offer a £20 screen identification service:
- We safely disassemble the unit to extract the exact display panel part number directly from the back of the screen (e.g., Innolux, BOE, LG Display).
- The £20 fee goes directly towards your screen replacement cost if you proceed with the repair.
